Land consisting of 238 acres with tentative approval from the Municipality of East Hants to construct phase 3 which consists of 24 lots and a proposed parkland. All green space required for this phase and future phases has been satisfied with the land donated to MEH in 2013 as well as the parkland in phase 3. Traffic studies have been done and an environmental study by MCullen Environmental Limited, were done in 2012 for the entirety of the land parcel. Townsend Lynch Country Estate Limited designed larger than required lots for the two phases already in, and phase 3.
